ROC questions (split thread)

Hi there, as a starter of this topic - I wish the success for all who apply in July 2016, including myself

As a beginner filer i have few questions to start up:

1. Where I can find the list of the forms / documents that I have to submit?

2. If I apply together with my wife - we both should apply the same I-751 form or we should fill separate forms, one for each?

3. Biometrics form is the very same one that I filed for the first interview? - I can`t find the form number - please help...

These are all for now and I do appreciate your help...
