Hi, So my daughter migrated to the USA in November 2015, now its April 2016 and it still did not arrived yet, I dont know where to start investigating, what number to call or what information they will need.

P.S my husband filed for her, he is a US citizen.

Let your husband call, but gather your evidence. You might have to get your state senator involved. Happened to a friend of mine and it took a year. Praying for some speeding on yours. Good luck!

My husband has a CR1 visa. He is here in the U.S. now. His SS arrived in less than a week, but I'm confused about his Green Card. I paid a $120 AOS fee and $325 IV Fee, did the IV Fee cover his green card, or do I have to pay? I keep hearing that the fee is $165, so I'm wondering what the $325 covered. Was the $165 fee part of the $325? if yes, what was the remaining $160?

No, you have to pay the $165. That's how they will send his green card.

Hi, so I made a appointment with info-pass, our date is July 12, the agency that did her paper work told us to go there and explain that she never received her green card and all fees were paid. so wish me luck. we will see what happens from there.
