Hi all,

We'll soon be removing the conditions on my two year green card and receive my ten year card. The 90 day window hasn't opened yet but we are starting to get everything together now so i can be ready when it does,

So far we have;

Form I-751

Front and back scans of green card

Photocopies of 2014 joint tax returns

Photocopies of 2015 joint tax returns

Photocopies to show we are currently having a house built in both names

Photocopies to show we have been approved for our joint mortgage

Photocopies of CKC papers to show we have joint ownership of our dog

Ten photos of us taken at different events over the past two years

Check for $590 which I will write out near to the time

Is this enough evidence? Am I missing something? We don't have joint utilities because my partner has owned this house before we met. On the new house we will have joint utilities but can't prove this until the new house is ready.

Do I need to write a cover letter?

We do have a joint credit card but I already sent that in as evidence for my two year green card. Should I send this in again?

I see there is also something about having biometrics done again. Do I also need to fill out a biometrics form too?

Affidavits. I read this is required evidence. So I just need to get two people to write a letter saying they know us and our marriage is true?

About the i-751 form. We do not have any children, Do I leave all this blank or write N/A? And in part 6 where it says accommodations for individuals with disabilities or impairments do I still fill this out with 'no' even though I am not disabled/impaired?

Thank you all once again for your help!!!

I have just requested the 2014 and 2015 tax transcripts from the IRS website. 2013 returns were not joint.

We are living in the house that my partner has owned before we got married. This is the only place we've lived together. The CKC dog papers have our names and address on. Not sure how else I can prove it? My bank statements come here but those are not joint. We have a family mobile phone plan where we are both on there and my partner's parents. The statements come here. Do you think that is good evidence? I have been on the plan for two years.

I will include both drivers licences. My partner owns the car that we both drive. Again this was brought before the marriage. I am a new driver so it was cheaper to have a non owners policy and just share the car. Should I include that? It has my name and address on.

We do not have any joint brokerage accounts, wills or health insurance. I get free health coverage through my job.

I will ask two friends that know us to do Affidavits since my evidence is not as strong as I thought it was.

Any idea what a ELIS Account Number is? This was a question on the I-751 form.

Thank you for the advice :)
