How to complete the I-751 ROC for a K2 with Residence Beyond Mom's 90 days

This can be very frustrating at best. My Wife and her children (22 yo who is now married since arriving here in the US and 14 yo) arrived in the US on the same day but when they received their green cards their date was 123 days beyond mom's date of residency. Can't figure out for the life of me why they did that.

So having said that, I am now completing the K2's I-751 for ROC. (I have already submitted Mom's ROC 4.5 months ago) The form, as most of you know, is not especially written to accommodate a K-2 by themselves. So, that is my problem. Is there a guide that I am missing that would help me to complete this process?

If not these are the questions that I have for me to complete the I-751.

PART 1

1a. The child's information goes here? (I am assuming that I use her now married name and in 2a I list her prior name (maiden)?

Since she is now married here Marital Status would be "married" along with the additional information requested? Q 13 is left blank because the marriage of myself and her mother has not terminated?

Q 21 I answered "NO"

Q 22 She lives at a different address then us because she is now married so the answer was "yes"?

PART 3

Q 1b is checked since she couldn't be filed the same time as Mom?

PART 4

Q 1b is checked since her relationship

Q 2a is my information (petitioner)?

PART 5

I would add both K-2's information here as "children"?

Q 5 Is this child applying with you? I checked "NO".

Child 2 would be her younger brother (K2 14 yo)?

Q 10 "YES" & Q 11 "NO"

PART 7

This information is completed by me and with my information and not hers, Right?

PART 8

I, XXXXXXXXXX understand that the purpose .... This is my information?

Q 6a This is my signature?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Part 5 should be your step-daughter's children. Part 7 should be your step-daughter's information, not yours (Part 8 is yours).

I am not sure you should put No to Part 1 #21. Taken literally, the answer should be Yes (since her marriage is a different marriage from your marriage). But I'm sure they'll figure it out.

Otherwise it seems okay.
