Hi everyone,

I have received I-797C for my I-765 and I-131 2 weeks ago and was wondering why I havent received the NOA for the I-485 yet. I decided to check our I-485 copy and that is when I realized that the form didn't ask for a mailing address so I wrote down our physical address. We dont have home delivery, all letters go to a PO Box.

(Panic mode) I really hope USPS didnt send the letter back to USCIS yet.

What can I do to correct this immediately?

Can I request USCIS to have my I-797C redelivered to the correct mailing address?

I wanted to call USCIS customer service but since I am in Guam, I can only call them on Tuesday.

Please, please help! So worried!

You can call, but it may have been returned already.

Wait until Tuesday and make the call.

ALSO go on the USCIS website and update the address ASAP. This can be done online.

Hi all,

Heres an update:

I called USCIS customer service, she told me to better go to USCIS local office to check and request for a copy of the I-797C. Good thing the local office is just 30 minutes away from us. Did Infopass and lucky there is an available slot for the same day. We went there around 1:45PM and spoke with the officer and told her the situation. She said I should do it online (which I already did before we went to the local office) and she printed out a copy of the ASC Appointment Notice and found out that I am scheduled for biometrics on May 10th at 12 noon.

"Do you want to do your biometrics this early?" The pleasant lady officer asked me.

Of course I said yes!

I had my biometrics done on the same day.
