Can't put husband on lease, few "proof of bonifide marriage" documents... will this cause a problem?

I'm filling out my packet, but we've run into a small hiccup. I have my marriage certificate, and all other evidence for everything else, except for more proof of bonifide marriage. He's not on the lease, and if I try to add him, my apartment complex wants to charge me $2000 to add him. I can't get a letter from them saying it's okay that he's staying, either. We are also moving out in 2 months because my lease is up, so it seems weird to add him now. I tried to get his name on my bills, but a lot of my bill companies can't add him because he doesn't have an SSN or drivers license. Will this cause me a lot of issues if I just have my marriage certificate, a joint phone bill, and a joint bank account? Or am I panicking for no reason?

Thanks.

I think there's no reason to worry
you can just bring all documents that you'll collect to the interview

I actually collected really much info, but that was easy for me cause i just had to print it out

submit photos with your husband and friends with dates and places on the back of them (that's what i did)

and there's a bunch of stuff you can submit as well

for example i submitted print out which shows that we talk a lot on the phone (practically he's almost the only one i call here cause i haven't made a lot of friends yet)

also i put the copies of the receipts of clothes for my husband's dauughter which i made

then hotel reservation email where we went together

if your husband by any chance paid rent by check, then attach a copy of the check and ask the community you live in give you the copy of that payment (they have to do that for free!)

i also put him as my emergency contact in the hospital i took my medical examination (i first did it and then i understood that i can also attach it as an evidence)

also you may have common insurance

you may also search online, there are some good simple things that can proove the bona fide of your marriage, which you wouldn't even have thought of

good luck!

Life insurance on each other, Wills, Sams cards, credit card companies most let a spouse to be put on account with just their name.

AT&T let me add my husband to our internet- cable bill. Auto insurance card, apartment insurance policy, he can be added with no SS or anything needed.

AOS in the USA.

Technically for the actual AOS package you only need to prove your married (sending in the marriage certificate) sending in proof of co-mingling is just a plus but comes later in the process.

You are only required to send in a copy of your marriage certificate. You do not need any other evidence of marriage with the initial filing. Provide that type of evidence later, if you should have an interview, or are asked to via an RFE.
