It doesn't matter where she POE. I'll POE in Chicago (hopefully) as it's cheaper than the state my fiance lives to fly to.

I would like to know if it's legal for my fiancee to land in OH and meet me here instead of NJ.

Probably not. If she is, her answering it confidently is enough :-)

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

As others have said, no issue. Unless I'm mistaken, your fiancé will pass thru immigration at ORD (Chicago), Detroit, etc but not in Ohio. I don't think you can fly direct to Asia from any Ohio airport. If that's the case, it wouldn't matter anyways.

No, doesn't matter at all. In fact, I think most people will have their POE from a different state to where their spouse lives. If her address the first night is different from your home address, that might generate a question. I doubt it but she might wanna be prepared just in case.
