Both USC applying for CRBA for our 3rd child born in the Philippines

Hey guys,

I am now gathering all the paperwork to apply for my daughter's CRBA and US passport in Manila. Is there any couple here that are both USC and have gone through the CRBA process. Someone has told me it is easy and not as hard if only one parent is a USC. The following are documents I will be submitting. Please comment if I need more or I don't need some of his since I am a USC too. It will only be me processing the paperwork and most of his documents will only be copies, will that be enough?

Well it removes the entire proving paternity aspect when the mother is a USC. That has to simplify part of the process.

I would assume so. The government is always picky about all the rules being followed.
