Waiting over 5 months, cannot submit case inquiry

It has been officially over 5 months since we submitted our AOS packet. We received a RFE for an I-693 which we replied to. For the past week I have been trying to submit a case inquiry since we have been waiting so long. It keeps telling me that we are within normal processing times. Our local office is Tampa, but we had to send our RFE reply to Los Angeles. So we are thinking we were transferred, but we were never notified of the transfer.

Has anyone from November 2015 been able to successfully submit a case inquiry?

02/09/2022 - status update (your case is being actively reviewed by USCIS)

02/09/2022 - letter received in online inbox - biometrics being reused, no appointment required

08/01/2022 - interview notice received

09/20/2022 - interview scheduled

APPROVED!

09/21/2022 - Oath Ceremony

09/21/2022 - Applied for passport book & card and registered to vote

10/29/2022 - received passport book (not expedited)

I am from OCtober 2015 and couldnt do it so I called uscis and they did it over the phone but they did tell me that its good that I was on my 6 month so thats why they did it

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

    6/22/2016 Confirmation that they received the packet

Hi,
I think we have met up on another thread (still waiting!). The Florida offices seem to be way behind. It looks like Tampa is sitting backlogged just like Orlando is. We filed in October, got an RFE, replied and our case status online has been stuck on RFE received for nearly six months too. I did call and they told me I can't submit an inquiry as they are not yet adjudicating cases filed after August 2015 (having said that, those dates are as at the end of February so not exactly current, but the helpline agents will quote them as though they were). Tampa seems to be in the same ballpark. I just checked and they last updated the processing stats on April 12th and it shows they are working on cases received before September 25th Now that is also as at the end of February so I'm just guessing that they should be nearing where we are in the pile of applications in the next few weeks, assuming that they are processing at the same rate as they were when the stats were posted. I hope that all makes sense. We sat stuck at TSC for 8 months just waiting for our NOA2 on our K1 petition so this is just more of the 'same 'ol' for us.

When you replied to your RFE where did you have to send it? I'm thinking ours was in fact transferred to California, since we had to send our RFE to LA. That would also explain how we were approved with no interview.

I totally get you about Texas. We were stuck there from February 2015 to October 2015.

I'm sending positive thoughts and energy your way with hopes of an approval soon!! Good luck!
