She's crazy, I'd be at it every day with the tests. Wondfos are less than 50 cents each and they are great. http://www.amazon.com/Wondfo-Pregnancy-Strips-25-count-medical/dp/B0002YIQEQ

she couldn't wait and took another test last night, negative. Then she woke at 2 in the morning and did it again, negative. I'm beginning to wonder if she's just not making enough of the pregnancy hormone and will need a blood test instead. This morning she wakes up and is retching in the bathroom again. Tender breasts, constantly hungry, craving different foods, headaches, backache, etc.... Many signs no confirmation. If something doesn't happen soon, I'll just make her a doctor appointment and get her a blood test. She keeps worrying not having her period means she has cancer if she isn't pregnant, but she's afraid of getting her blood drawn for the test. The idiot that did it for her last physical (i should say only physical) made drawing blood hurt, so now she's afraid of that, sigh.

Man this has gotta be the coldest May in the history of mankind.

been wonderful and warm here. Expecting 85 tomorrow

What type of test is she using.

Just a note cravings don't start at this point yet :P

But everything else sounds about right.

Pink dye and blue dye test make a difference. Also digital. If she is testing early she needs to make sure she's not drinking way too much before the test. Test first thing in the morning also. The newer early test really need to be used in the morning.

Another thing could be it's just too early if that is the case the blood test won't find it either.

How late is she?

How late is she?

Using the EPT brand blue dye test. The only time she tested in the morning was last Saturday. She's 1 week delayed as of today. Her periods are fairly regular though, although every once, maybe once a year, she'll have it a week early. Being late more than a day has never happened with her since I've known her. She says its never happened before also. Which is why she keeps jumping to thinking if she isn't pregnant, she must have cancer. I'm not aware that goes hand in hand. Heck she just had a complete physical about 6 weeks ago.

28 hours....

Well she did have me go out and buy a test when she missed her first day, and she tested that evening too

She followed up with a morning test, which was negative. That's when I said lets wait until next weekend and do a Saturday morning test if she's still hadn't started her period. But last night when we were out, she wanted to buy another 3 pack. She has no patience.

Depending on her cycle it could be a few more days then.

I know she's all into those wonderful superstitions and old wives tales but if you two have been trying for awhile if this turns out negative again. Time to see a doctor and not an OB they are their to help with pregnancy not get pregnant.
