So, the JR guy. He doesn't like the new guy...

And I'm like, why?

And he's like, the new guy does too much. He's overzealous.

And I'm like, dude, would you relax? He's doing exactly what he's supposed to do. And you're not!

And Jr's like, what do you mean?

And I'm like, dude, you do what I do.

And Jr's like, like what?

And I'm like, relax...

I think Jr feels threatened by TNG...

How can you get mad that you have a guy working for you that's WORKING? that makes zero sense unless yer a lazy butt scared of getting fired because you don't work.

Here's my take. Jr's been with us for over 9 years. And he worked his way up from the middle. He's in a position now where he can relax, but he's not turning it down a notch. The new guy is a carbon copy of a younger Jr. And Jr is seeing himself. But he's not recognizing it. How is he threatened? I don't know, because Jr is TNG's boss...

I, need Jr to do my job, not do TNG's job....

Maybe Jr liked the challenge of working.

I think he's used to doing what he's been doing, and doesn't like to see anyone else do "his" job. Only, it's not his job anymore lol.

He needs to sit back and watch, think, delegate.

He'll get use to it.

I like TNG...

The kiddo says she wants this...
