I think people tend to move where they will be financially more stable and the language is more accessible for both people. If I had studied Danish is school for 10 years and my husband had never spoken English, Denmark would be more logical.

Which is probably why we moved there first because it would be the financially better option had I not inherited money. I'd consider moving back to Europe, but he won't at this point.
