neither are 110 or 11110. Eggs should be kept in packages of the standard 1100.

I just go a couple hundred feet and walk in to do passports. You have to battle your way to Staten Island. I feel slightly lucky living in the middle of nowhere. I'm not even all that upset at the 5 hours it will take me to drive to the airport in a few weeks - it took me longer than that once on the way back from Newark.

... metric doesnt mean an absence of other numbers beyond 10. And it fully makes use of all mathematical equations. But you use decimals instead of fractions and it's easier to count distances, weight, and length because 12" doesnt make a foot and 3 feet dont make a yard and 5280 doenst make a mile..... its more precise to use mm than a fraction of an inch.

Dont tell me its NOT easier to count in 10s than it is to count in 12s. Because it most certainly is.

But then Denver wouldnt be known as the mile high city... Imperial brings a weird American flair, combined with the American desire to keep it old school.

Rather like thr British money and weighing things in stones.

Or measuring horses in hands...

Sure why not. The kid will not be raised in the USA and the extended family can easy make sure he/she is never left alone in life, and my wife is 17 years younger than I. In 20 years I would be 77, I might be around much longer or I might never make it to that age, know one knows. I'm not rolling over and considering myself dead just because of it.

You are 7 years older than my in-laws, I had no idea.

They are young, though. I'm hitting 30 this year and I'm trying to decide if that it too old to have anymore. I had told myself I'd be done at 30 a few years ago, but that was before all the difficulty we had getting pregnant. I kind of want all the birdies out of the nest when we are 50.
