I posted here cuz I wanted to talk about ducks. :blink:

i love feeding them :thumbs:

We live next to a lake so there are ducks-a-plenty! They're all paired-up and ready to go. Soon there will be lots of little fuzzy wee ducks too.

Hello every one just droping in to see how you all are doing. I sort of been keeping distance from VJ cause at one point i was getting depressed to see every one getting approved and right when I finally got a touch 10 months latter I got my hope up for nothing. Soon after that touch I get snail mail from uscis that they are STILL doing background checks on our petition and hence wont give us an approval until they are done. Sigh this just broke all my hopes and dreams of being with my husband soon after we got that stinking touch. I hate false alarms. I enrolled in some classes and Im not even studying any more, I dont even want to cook. I dont care about any thing. I just want these damn security checks to be over so that we can move on with our lives. I mean I think I would understand if we had to wait for security checks after the interview but at the USCIS level that is just AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. We still have to stop at NVC and then the counsulate and wait for ever also just to get the interview. Sigh LIFE SUX. sorry for the rant. Enjoy your friday ladies.

I just got touched again!! :dance::dance::dance:

I bet I'm getting an RFE. I already know of two mistakes I made, like forgetting to put his birthdate on one of those stupid lil forms (not the I130 but that other form that you had to fill out four times..one of them I forgot to write in the birthdate).

First they touched the I129F then today they touched the I130. :) I love being touched!!!

I'm gonna download that song, "touch me in the mooooorning, then just walk away............"

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

That woul dbe pretty crazy to RFE you if you wrote the birthday on 3 of the 4 forms, but USCIS who knnows! I am going to hope its not for a RFE. You are going through VSC right? Do they process the K-3 just as quick as the fiance visa?

I've always loved birds. There's a large fish pond on our property and we have spoiled the ducks and geese so! I love the ducks and treat them like babies. They used to come to the door in the morning demanding to be fed cracked corn until I started feeding them from a balcony. Crazy birds! Not too fond of geese tho :( They are really messy.
