Hello again!

So I know it's a little to soon to be asking about this since I just applied for my husband who lives abroad but I really want to get as much info as I can.

So the situation is this I lived abroad for over 7years my last job in the states was in 2008, right now I'm unaployed but have a job interview next week and if hired will start in May now my question is if I'm not able to send any taxes cause I've been unemployed in the states the last 3 years what kind of information should I send, do I only send the sponsor's? (which in our case my husband's cousin said he is more than happy to help)

Can someone enlighten me with this.

Even if you have 0 income, you will still need to send your own I-864, because as the petitioner you are always the primary sponsor.

Yea, just send your zero tax clearance, and sign up the affidavit of support
