I'm pretty sure they'll not allow your fiance to just walking and talk to a CO without an appointment or possibility of making an appointment to talk about AP with a CO.

Have you contacted your Congressman/Senator ?

Thank you so so guys 4 your reply. Yes my fiance reached out to her congressman and it didn't change the situation. We're trying to see if we can make an appointment with the embassy b4 she left.

some cases may sound similar but is different, there's a person whose PP was

kept 14 mths in AP , due to background checks & questions, nothing speed up

the process, if the case is out of AP & the person happens to be in the country

great...most embassy wont allow one in without an appt.

Hello everyone! My case was updated today and I have been asked to come to the Embassy for a second interview after 8 months of AP. Is this a good sign or something to bo worried about?
