Enter on B2 in May2013 ,changed to F1 Nov2013 and sinse then on valid I-20 and never out of status, current I-20 is valid until Sep2016

I got married in Court (civil ceremony) on April 1 st 2016

I filed for AOS,EAD,AP and I-130 on april 5 2016.

Big wedding in my home country in Dec2016.Lets assume I will get my EAD and AP by november and I m travelling to Home country without Greencard Interview or Greencard but only EAD and AP.There is no valid F1 visa on passport and my I -20 will be expired in sep 2016

Questions:

(1)Do i need to renew my I-20 if I want to leave US in Dec 2016 and come back in January 2017 for a month

(2)should I have to renew my I-20 if I dont get my EAD and AP by Sep 2016?

(3)Lets assume I Got EAD-AP card and leaving in Dec and coming in January, can I enter with AP and EAD if I dont have valid Visa,Valid I-20. Extra suggesions are welcomed to avoid min risk

Thank you

(1) No, the AP is what will allow you to come back. As long as you have a pending AOS application and a valid AP, you don't need your I-20.

(2) I highly doubt it will take that long. EAD/AP should be issued within 90 days of filing and honestly, you may even receive your GC before December.

(3) Yes, AP is what will allow you to enter the US. Carry a copy of your I485 receipt notice and a copy of your marriage certificate, just in case.
