NVC Case Closed! How long for interview?

Confirmed the case closed, so now just waiting for NVC to schedule interview. It's an IR1 spouse visa.

Congratulations! Come on over to the Case Complete to Interview thread. There's a spreadsheet in the thread that allows you to track other Vietnam filers and get stats on how long it took them from Case Complete to Interview date being scheduled. I hope that helps!

I just got an email saying they everything was completed and they are scheduling the interview "usually within 60 days" of the completion.

so the interview can be scheduled between now and end of June, but not sure how long it will be util there is an open interview date.

Based on last year - more than likely be waiting til fall unless the consulate finally has their act together.

my dad sponsored for my uncle, last time i check NVC case complete on mid march, and as of now still waiting for embassy to schedule for the interview. They said they only get the schedule from the embassy once a month and told me that MAY was all booked up this was early in April when i called NVC.

I called them the other day and they said "usually" within 30-60 days. Past the 30 days point.

Everytime i called they're just told me "Not yet" and won't gave me any further info. No pridiction for how long it can be? Not gaving me any ideas of when they're scheduling interview....worst govern agency that i ever dealt with.
