My point is that ROC denials with a divorce waiver are very rare. How many posters come in here alleging fraud and saying "what will they do to ROC?" Less than 4000 divorce waivers were denied. In 4 years. So less than 1000/year. Out of 1 million filed. I presented actual, real data from USCIS. I suggest every poster who comes in here alleging fraud due to infidelity "let it go", divorce, and stop trying to somehow "prove" fraud because the numbers suggest nothing will happen.

We can't say for sure the 3% of divorce waivers denied are all fraud. Its undoubtedly not all fraud. But the fraud is likely included as a smaller subset in this 3%. And its a very, very small amount. Think about it. Only 3% of all the posters on here complaining about their fraudulent marriages will potentially have their ex-spouse denied ROC. So my advice to the 97% remains consistent with what I'm always posting on here. Divorce, move on, be more careful before you get married again. Try to marry someone who speaks your language.

I agree with all of this - I mean, not that you shouldn't report it to USCIS if you feel you have the proof. However, once that report has been filed, best to cut all ties and continue on with your life... as hard as that may be to swallow. In all likelihood, statistics show that the applicant will be able to remove conditions, file for citizenship, and live the American dream.

Be prepared for the eternal waiting game. Be prepared for average news.
