We finally got our interview date by emailing the embassy since we never received any mail from them. I'm seeing on the timeline there may be some papers we need to file before the visa interview that would have been in the missing packet. I'm assuming not the same papers that need to be taken to the visa interview.

Any help on what those papers might be?

As long as your country is listed it goes there automatically. I was suggesting to go there to research as your question may have already be posted by another VJer or info may be pinned there.

Good Luck!

It depends on the country. I just received an email stating what I needed to bring which was originals of what I had already sent in the K-1 packet, I.D. and such. I didn't have to send anything to the embassy prior to my interview but again, it depends on the country. I would look in the appropriate subforum for your country on here to get advised properly :)

You have to do before interview:

You can pay it at the post office indicated after you finish the application, the instructions are there, or you can pay it at the embassy on the day of the interview

You have to bring to interview:

I134F
