Provide Embassy with Fiance's Email Address

I just received an email from the Embassy in Albania saying that they've received our fiancé visa application and asking us to provide them with the documents necessary for the interview! According the email, once we mail in all the documents and forms they listed, we will receive instructions on scheduling the medical and interview.

Part of the email says this: "Dear Petitioner: Please forward this message to your fiancé(e), and provide us with an email address of your fiancé, so that our office can communicate further messages by e-mail to both of you." (they did the bold)

How do I do this? Is this something that I submit along with the other documents, or should I respond directly to their email with his email address? The email doesn't say "do not respond," so I guess I could, it just seems a little informal.

Did anyone else get this instruction in their email?

Thanks!
