I had a bad experience moving during AOS (they sent the green card to my old address and it doesn't get forwarded) I was wary of moving during ROC and it happened anyways. *sigh* So off we go to the USCIS website to fill out a change of address.

Now, I know there have been a million questions about this before, but hear me out. There's no CRI89 option in the form drop-down menu, only I-751. If I enter either number, or the two together, I get an error:

  • You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number.

Now before anyone asks, yes, I tried both receipt numbers. Together and separately. With I-751 as the form type selected because there is no CRI89 option. Is anyone else having this problem?

i had similar issues a week ago and i finally called the customer services and made the changes over the phone.

Thanks for the reply - I called them and they said they're having problems.

They asked me to fill out the AR-11 without entering the petition numbers as well just in case, so I did that too.
