Hello Visa Journey community,

My husband entered USA via K1 visa and we are currently in the process of AOS. We sent in the package in March. It was recieved in March 10 and his biometrics appointment was scheduled for April 11. I know it has not been a month yet since his appointment, but how long is the expected wait between getting the fingerprints done and recieving an interview date? Also, he filed for a temp work authorization and it has been a month and a half. When should expect to recieve the temp work authorization?

Thank you for all your replies in advance!

There is no expected wait time for the GC. You may get an interview or you may not. You may need to wait for your case to get transferred to your local field office or it may be approved at NBC. You may get approved within four months or 10+ months. However, you should get the EAD/AP within 90 days of filing. GC has not time limit.
