After a few pointers after I move to the USA

Hey guys!

So I'm after some pointers on a few things. Over here in the UK I'm big into weight training and bodybuilding, and order different supplements (protein powder, creatine, BCAA's etc.) each month from different stores in the UK.

I know the USA has GNC, but other than GNC - which I've heard isn't great - anyone else know of any supplement suppliers that are reputable? I'll be in the Philadelphia area if that helps!

Thanks

I am in to weight lifting as well so I will give you some pointers in this regard. I would avoid trying to get stuff sent from the UK unless you have some money because it is usually more expensive, and they might have some ingredients that are banned in the USA.

GNC is not great at all about supplements, mainly because they are too overpriced for what you get. Vitamin Shoppe is good to go if you have one near your place. I usually use Nutrishop if I actually go to a physical supplement store. If I don't want to buy it locally I go online to Amazon and buy it there. Amazon literally has almost everything cheaper and the quantity you want it in.

Amazon.com is the way to go, yep. Don't pay for shipping from England, for heaven's sake. If you do Amazon Prime you can probably even get free shipping within the U.S.

I agree with Amazon. It's fabulous.

There have been too many times at GNC that I've encountered what people may call "bro science". A lady tried to sell me a fat loss pill to target my stubborn belly fat...ugh...no
