We got an RFE for information we had already sent, but thought it best to gather it all and resend it anyway. Then we got an email saying they got our informations and our case was resumed, even though we hadn't sent anything. We called the toll free number, and the man there said maybe someone looked at the file again and found that the information wasn't missing, but he wasn't sure. So we went for an InfoPass appointment today to sort it out. Oh, we also got email saying our case was sent to CSC. Anyway, today the woman just said not to worry about it. She seemed to be eager to get us out of the door.

Any Advices Please .... !!!!! is that mean We Will Dont have an interview ?? and how much time it Takes to CSC ??

AOS Comments: Strange - we received RFE, then a few days later got email that the response had been received and the case was resumed even though we haven't sent anything yet.

Case resumed on 07-13-2007

email "card production ordered" 07-18-2007

email “notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident” 07-19-2007

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.
