Ours was returned a 221g with no reason market.but the CO focused on our age difference with she cant base the denial on that.then recieved an email from the embassy after me emailing them asking why he was denied, it stated an out dated AOS, he had the updated one with him.my mother was on the original then she passed away. She didnt take the form or look at pics.she asked about the age difference and did we have sex while i was there lol, oooh makes me angery

Wow i noticed your timeline.it took 8 months for co to send your case to uscis? Ours was returned within 1 month, had they sent it back in april or may 2015 you would be nearing the 1 yr wait, i can say this process. Has tested our faith and our love, but we are stronger now , we have been married 2 yrs 3 months

spoke with tier 2 officer and told me that every case is different when it comes to investigations that it could happen in 3 month (which i am past that) 6 or 12 after that they will contact me if they need more evidence or just send it to the embassy basically we already knew all this, meanwhile since i live in Miami is really easy for me to travel to Cuba once a month Friday to Monday so that will keep me busy and with enough evidence for the second round.

Our petition was received by USCIS on May 11,2016. We received an email it was received from DHS and being reviewers. Jan 2017 randomly I checked CEAC site, specifically his DS260, it said reopened. My husband updated our new US address and tried to submit it but the system doesn't alllow the submission when clicking the submit button. Does nothing. Now in Incomplete status. The expiration date is 3/31/16. Our interview was Dec 21, 2015 and denied. My question is ..who reopened it? wjy was it reopened? And last... after updating and saving we cannot submit it. This seems weird.
