The only items that are needed is the Embassy Letter. Like Hank stated follow what is asked for in the EL. You don't need anything else except your confidence, a smile and your honesty. With that you should have no problems. ?

The K-1 Visa Petition original packet that was sent to the USCIS has 90% of the above list. So why would a person son to submit these items? The petitioner should have made two copies of the petition. One him/herself and the other for the Beneficiary that she should take with her to the interview. I saw the above list that had been posted on fb. Is there ab actual list generated by the USCIS or the Embassy which states the exact documents a people should take with them to the interview?

Of course. The embassy instructions letter.

Link to the instructions letter is aboutr 3/4 of the page down in the link below.

Send a complete copy of the I-129F petition package is a waste of money/time. The one document you should send to your fiancee is a copy of YOUR G-325A.

BTW doesn't matter what you sent to USCIS, if it is in the embassy instructions letter - send it again.

Thanks once again guys! Interview went well :) they did not even ask for most of the documents.:energy:

When all is "right" the CO many times does not ask for much. Over the past two years many times they are not even asking for support evidence.

Congrats!!! :dancing:
