Helllo, everyone!

I filed AOS on Nov 2015, I received RFE for varicella shot for my I485 on Feb 29, 2016. response send on march 9 and delivered on March 11th! no update yet as of today April 18! called twice already and still no update! should I worried?

another problem is that uscis asked me to sent the response to Harlingen Texas field office while i live in NYC, NY! is that normal?

please help!!!!

Yes they sometimes transfer your case to difference offices because your regular office may be backlogged so the offices that have less cases will intervene and help the load!

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

I got an RFE on November 27th. Sent the RFE back, and it was confirmed delivered on December 26th. My USCIS Case status is still not updated since November 27th when the RFE was issued. I've tried calling USCIS numerous times, and even filed a Case Inquiry. I get told my case is still within normal processing times and that there's nothing more I can do. Very frustrating not knowing what on earth is going on!

N400 Naturalization

Applied - 07/21/2022

NOA - 07/21/2022

Biometrics - Re-used

Interview - 11/03/2022 (Passed!)

Oath Ceremony - 11/08/2022
