This process is sooo complicated and stressful and is very confusing especially if you dont have a lawyer, but im glad i found this forum with people who shared similar problems and confusions and where we could discuss our issues. I posted on this forum i dunno maybe a 100th times and visa journey helped me tremendously in every step. Thankyou soooooo sooooo much to all the members. I hope and pray that all of the fellow members also solve their problems through this. I will now try to help others members who are going through similar problems.

i am stuck in administrative processing since 3 months. i had interview on 8th jan 2016.

were this was the situation with you too? i had interview at islamabad embassy.

how much days it took you to get visa after your interview?

Yes

Took almost 5months, but I wouldn't blame the embassy for this as we took time to prepare the financial documents they required from us. As soon as we submitted the doucments; the visa was issued within a week.

So submit exactly what they asked.

I heard alot of rumours that islamabad embassy takes it time even after submitting the right documents which is not definitely not true.

my every document and interview was cleared since Jan 2016, and CO told me everything went good so far, and took my passport and asked me to wait up to six months, contact embassy if you do not get passport within 6 months.... its been 3 months now..and its under AP

Do you guys showed nadra marriage certificate during interview?

Also if spouse is USA citizen and has no address in Pakistan what nationality they showed on the certificate??
