Personal photo change

Question # 1

I uploaded my personal photo several weeks ago, had no problem.

Then removed it accidently and now want to upload it again ...but get an error

message that the file is too large.

I thought the " scale on " automatically resizes it.

I can't resize it myself. What is wrong with the auto scale ?

I want to insert flags in my signiture.

I know to go to control, then to edit signiture......this is where I get lost.

I click on insert item but there are several choices.....do I click on center next or

what ? I have the web site for the flags but just don't understand how to

insert the flags. I am very stupid when it comes to stuff like this so

please someone spoonfeed it in little steps for me.
