I brought my wife from the Philippines. She entered on a K-1 visa. We have married and are filing the I-485 and other paperwork. It says on different parts that she may or may not need to file a I-693. I would like to know about that. Also it asks for her Immigration Status, and her Status of Entry. I know these are probably simple questions, but I don't know were to find the answers. Her 90 days ends on the 20th, so we are trying to get everything together ASAP.

Thanks for any help.

I-693 is not needed for AOS from K1 as long as her medical was done with the past 12 month.

Immigration status is "K1 Visa holder"

Hello.

If she has the DS-3025 sheet from the doctor where she presented her medical examination, she shouldnt need the I-693 form, just attach the sheet to your application (make sure you make copies first)

Her immigration status as well as her status of entry would be K-1 Visa Holder.

There is a filled out sample of the I-485 (AOS) form here in the forums under the EXAMPLE FORMS tab

This might help too: http://mrspresson.com/knowledgebase/693-report-medical-examination-vaccination-record-really-required/

good luck!
