I m gonna have my biometrics interview soon they told me i need to bring photos i want know is it a passport photo or not ? and can anybody tell me how long does it take before i get my green card any help will be appreciated does it take like 3 or 6 months is it really that long ?

Yes, passport photos.

The greencard can easily take 6 months, but your EAD (work permit) and AP (travel permit) usually only take a couple of months.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yes passport photo and make sure bring ur marriage certificate if she changed last name

Strange that they asked you to bring passport photos to your biometrics appointment. The purpose of that appointment is to take your fingerprints and photo.

Your letter asks for more than just the appointment letter and a photo ID?

sorry i was wrong they asked for photo identification suck as passport or driver licenses and they ask to bring the appointment notice and that's all they did not ask for anything else
