Hi Everyone. How y'all doing? Okey. I have questions. Hope somebody can enlighten me about my issue. What is this I-639? I got a letter today and said that they need my I-639 form. Is this something that I already did before? or should I fill-up this form right now and send it to them.

05/06/2016 - APPROVED!!!!! (No Interview applied)

06/09/2016 - Green Card arrived!!!

Only you would know if you got an I-693 before. Did you go to a civil surgeon and get one before filing? If not, then that is what you need to do.

I'm so sorry to reply so late.. I was so busy and was not able to open my VJ. But anyway Thank you thou for responding. Yes I forgot the surgeon.. lol. We fix it right away and now I have my GC. Yehey!
