Hi everyone,

I have some questions for O-3 and not sure if anyone could help:

1. My finance is on OPT STEM extension, expiring in mid-June, 2016. I'm currently applying for O-1.

2. If my O-1 is approved by end of May, can he apply for O-3 on his own or do we need attorney's help? If we can DIY, any link of instruction that we can follow?

3. We need to get marriage certificate soon but because of long distance, I need to fly to California, where he resides, to get married. We plan to get married in end of April. Would we be able to receive marriage certificate early enough to apply for his O-3?

Really appreciate any input!
