yeah ... that is soo true .. nowadays they more checking ..

and if k1 visa not approve within 6 months after interview

then they take more then a years ..

as i read out ..

one of k1 visa journey member were 29 months in AP

we are waiting 6 months more if the visa not approve then my fiancee will come to pakistan and we will get married here ..

then we will apply for CRI visa

Even if you get married and apply for cr1 you will just be put back in ap.

Looks like everyone stuck eventually gets there visa so thats a positive. Most people stuck for years filed long ago so think positive because we all need it. Im waiting six months then taking his passport they can put us in Ap but they cant keep us apart we need something to look foreward to and i want just one nite when i sleep all nite and not check the Ceac

We are all.in.the same situation we have been under ready for interview since February 17.. when we emailed about that ready for interview issue we was told my fiance is under AP.. no details will be given. But make sure you keep track of the updates date changes i was told 8 update without any emails send means is closer for your approval visa.

What did the CO say to you after finishing interview? did they mention any date and time about when to expect to hear from them?

they said was to wait60 days.. so.of course 60 days past and we send an email stated the case is still under AP and there is no time frame. And that was the last up date on the case because of an e-mail send.
