Hey all,

First off, thanks everyone for allowing me to creep through your timelines, it has been a big help when determining if our case was on track or heading off of left field!

Secondly, my fiance has just received Packet 3 from the US embassy in London, which lists his daughter as a traveling applicant. On our i-129f we were instructed to include her information. i.e. "Complete the following for all children of your alien fiancé(e) (if any)."

I wanted to check because while we'd like her to have the option to come to the states, she will not be traveling with him when he comes over initially (she lives in Scotland with her Mom atm).

Do we need to adjust our application at all? If so, what would be the best way to go about correcting this?

Appreciate the advice.

She is eligible to get a K2 visa based on his, so her name is listed because his children were listed on his biographic info as required. You don't have to correct anything. Simply do not apply for her visa and she won't get one. His instructions will say complete XYZ for each person seeking a visa. Don't do any of that for her. The same thing happened to us.
