Desperately hoping that we get approved soon!!! Still nothing after several Tier 2 calls, online service request, 2 congressional inquiry's, and finally, just received an email today that ombudsman is looking into it. I need to get our I601A application in ASAP, before new prez It's our only hope. I will never stop fighting for my husband. This process is exhausting to say the least.

Hello, did you have any RFE? Did you open an inquiry? Had the case transferred ?. I saw that you do not have a timeline, that would help a lot of other people in the same situation. Peace and good luck to everyone.

I just checked my status in this the only thing i see no response yet.."On November 30, 2016, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR*******NSC, was assigned to an officer for response." I did also summit an inquiry on the 16 of Nov.

Hey Rafael, I am on the same ship man. My PD date is April 2nd. I called the uscis and congresswomen and they told me samething " additional review needed" and congreewomen said due to background check. still waiting its December already. i did info pass no help. Any idea what should i do?
