Hi its nice to see the approvals. I am an april filer too. I send my all documents to nvc and praying that i dont get any rfe. Hopefully will hear soon from them.

We're still waiting for approval! P/D 4/22. We were transferred from Nebraska to Texas August 1. Then got an RFE. They received our response to RFE on 9/6. So just waiting around now. This process is so frustrating. Can't wait for the approval.

I hope for you to get an approval soon now that received your response to your RFE. I just found out that they mailed out an RFE August 25th.. hoping to receive it either this week or the next.

I'm still waiting for approval I got transfer on August 25, to USCIS-NBC from Nebraska my PD is April 26, Hoping for some good news soon.

I was transferred (from Potomac) to NBC as well! It's been a long wait since - 2 months since the transfer, today. Almost 5 months overall. I can't stand the fact that there's no processing times stated at NBC for I-130's. I don't know why we were singled out.

I never got transferred but it took them nearly 5 months to send an RFE, which is so disappointing. Hoping soon for you to get approved.

Hugs to you on feeling singled out - I feel the same. My receipt number series has me on the oldest PD date... for about 10000 files...

About 80% of those with my date have been approved or transferred. just keep swimming.

Don't worry, my PD is April 7 and just found out 3 days ago that on August 25 they mailed out an RFE.. And I can't tell you how much I reviewed what I mailed... there honestly couldn't be anything missing.. signed, dated, everything is filled out, sent all documents they asked for.. really just don't know. But I suppose I will find out soon once I receive the actual RFE,

I'm trying to stay positive, it could be something simple, but I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I reviewed what I sent to them and there is nothing that I see I missed, skipped, or didn't provide. It's clear and all documents are clear as well. I don't know.... but I will find out soon what it is that they gave me an RFE for.

I agree - call right away. They should tell you right away where you were transferred to, and why.

I am sorry about the REF, but at least now you know someone has looked at your paperwork. Hopefully it will be something simple so you can respond quickly and move forward. It could be that they lost something. I've seen that happen. Stay positive! Good news is coming soon.

First transfer was to Texas. Letter stated Texas as well. Phone recording kept saying Nebraska, which is where we was originally. Now phone recording is saying Texas! Just confusing. Have to wait on letter

My approval is 5 days after yours, and the case is still at USCIS. Thats crazy
