Hopefully you will be approved soon.

I'm sure you'll get approved soon. Looks like Texas is fast.

Hopefully your case will be approved soon. I have not been transferred nor approved, my PD is April 7.. Today it is exactly 5 months. I keeping checking online and no new news. I'm going to wait a few days to call them and ask about the petition.. I was thinking of calling them today, but not sure if I'm being to hasty. <_<

We're still waiting for approval! P/D 4/22. We were transferred from Nebraska to Texas August 1. Then got an RFE. They received our response to RFE on 9/6. So just waiting around now. This process is so frustrating. Can't wait for the approval.

Good luck to you guys ;) you need more patience here. I know it's hard but make yourself busy, that way you'll not feel frustrated, just think it's one day closer ;)

I was transferred (from Potomac) to NBC as well! It's been a long wait since - 2 months since the transfer, today. Almost 5 months overall. I can't stand the fact that there's no processing times stated at NBC for I-130's. I don't know why we were singled out.

04/19/16 PD - NOA1 (Potomac Service Center)

07/13/16 Transferred to National Benefits Center to "speed up" processing

08/06/16 Transferred to Local Field Office (Philadelphia) for Marriage Interview

10/04/16 - Congressional Inquiry

01/05/17 - Ombudsman says will receive Interview letter within 30 Days!

02/01/17 - Marriage Interview

02/02/17 - I-130 Approved!!!  :D

Hugs to you on feeling singled out - I feel the same. My receipt number series has me on the oldest PD date... for about 10000 files...

About 80% of those with my date have been approved or transferred. just keep swimming.

(Ignore those who say its because your papers weren't filed properly etc..)

Thank you. The only thing I can think of is that they want to interview us. My husband is already in the US. I say bring it already!
