Wow, 63 days. That is fast! Congrats. Seems the TSC is working miracles at times. Seems they've completely caught up with the backlog. The USCIS website shows normal 5 month processing times.

Got the NOA1 in the mail today.

I mailed the I-130 on April 18. Received email notification (NOA1) on April 25. Waiting on paper version.

We sent ours in April 11 received our noa1 in the mail on April 21 still no email tho...kinda weird as we did send the g1145 but still happy we got it in the mail ... I even went for a visit on the 23rd for 3 days ...had a very hard time at the Poe but in the end they let us cross...they gave me a 3 day (3 days was all I asked for as i only had the weekend off work) b2 visa an said if I over stayed it would cancel our petition ...

We were sent to the Nebraska center! Any one no what's next other than waiting for the noa2... Can we start working on our next set of forms? Going for the cr1 visa

my wife who is Usc she sent my i 130 petition in April and we got noa 1 in march it got routed to Nebraska service center, i want to know wts the priority date on hard copy on noa 1 can it be same as the date they received date or it definitely hv to b bit further then the received petition date?

Hi Mr T. Let me guess you probably meaning that you got your NOA1 in MAY instead of MARCH if you have filed in APRIL. I hope you will get an answer on your question as I would be interested too.

Our package reached on April 28 - no email/sms or mail yet :'( Cheques not encashed either.

Based on everyone's updates (even May ones - this should have happened by now)

Hubby will be travelling in 9 days - he doesn't really have anyone who can conveniently check his mail (Parents are old and live elsewhere - will be a hassle to ask them to drive). So hoping nothing was missing on our application...

Can we follow up with the lock box? (Phoenix)

04/19/16 PD - NOA1 (Potomac Service Center)

07/13/16 Transferred to National Benefits Center to "speed up" processing

08/06/16 Transferred to Local Field Office (Philadelphia) for Marriage Interview

10/04/16 - Congressional Inquiry

01/05/17 - Ombudsman says will receive Interview letter within 30 Days!

02/01/17 - Marriage Interview

02/02/17 - I-130 Approved!!!  :D

Filed I-130 on Apr 25, 2016 over night to Chicago received next day. NOA dated Apr. 28, 2016, priority date Apr. 26, 2016. Received NOA May 6th. Transferred to Potomac Service Center. Hope processed as quickly as some others!

I didn't get paper confirmation (NoA1) yet, but I guess I am good as email has come and cheque cleared. Both the kids applications were resent today with the corrected date on the cheque.

I wonder if this eventually will cause an issue with interview date etc - as kids applications will be 15 days behind mine... Any idea.

For now, i guess I just wait calmly :)

Will the USCIS send a notification of receipt also?

Hello!

I sent I-130 for husband on April 11th received confirmation of delivery from USPS on the 15th, received email with acceptance confirmation on the 20th and got I-797 on the 25th with Notice Date of April 19th, petition sent to Nebraska :clock: Waiting for NOA2... and hoping to have an easy, smooth and fast journey, just hoping that don't take as long as I've heard they do :cry:
