Our i130 got approved today alhumdulillah!!! PD April 6th at Nebraska. I just want to say to all those who are still waiting: stay positive and before you know it, y'all will see the approved status!!! Good luck everyone:)

Yay!! Alhamdulillah :dancing: Congratulations. My PD is only the day after yours, the 7th, so hopefully that means any day now insha'Allah.

Just receive text. I was transferred. Claiming a quick approval like I've been seeing! PD 4/28/16

Just saw new status that our case is being transferred from Nebraska........Happy that our case should soon get approval.. :)

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Finally we are approved today! Thank God! :)

December 2009 - First met.

February 2010 - Start of our relationship <3
January 7 2016 -Our Wedding in a romantic town of Aeroskobing <3

April 1 2016 - Sent CR1 package to RapidVisa.

April 18 2016 - CR1 Package delivered to USCIS Phoenix lock box.

April 22 2016 - Acceptance notification received by email. Case sent to Nebraska Service Center.

May 03 2016 - NOA1 hard copy received.

May 24 2016 - Return to the US to reestablish domicile.

August 3 2016 - Case transferred to Texas Service Center.

August 29 2016 - I-130 approved! (NOA2) <3 <3 <3

September 30 2016 - NVC Recieved.
November 14 2016 - Sent AOS and IV packages to Rapidvisa! :D
November 29 2016 - SCAN DATE!
February 15 2017 - Case Complete at NVC (11 weeks)
March 28 2017 - My Interview Day! :D (APPROVED!!!)

Hi everyone! filed ours, April 1,2016 now we're just waiting for my interview date. They said we have to wait for 30 days after receipt of our papers but it's almost 40 days now! impatiently waiting here ha ha... hopefully we'll get to hear from NVC this week. Few more steps! can't wait to be with my Hubby :) Good luck to us!
