They must have given you a date to call by, if you haven't received the notice. I know it says that on my case status on the website.

Yeah, it says September 3-rd on my notice, so there's still 20 days, so I guess I need to wait... L/

Frustrated. Just got the app update that they have sent an RFE. No idea what in the world we could have possible left out. Disappointed.

Good sign. Your file although late April PD was transferred and now is being looked at immediately :). Hopefully something small and once you reply you will get your NoA2 asap.

Thankfully yours is being looked at and hopefully it's something simple that you will have to provide them. Wishing you a quick approval soon. :) My NOA1 date is two weeks before yours and I still have not heard anything.. no transfer, RFE, nothing. Hoping soon I'll hear something.

Thanks for the positive words. I am thankful that it has been looked at so soon after being transferred to Texas. That's a good sign. Just can't wait to get the letter now and see what's missing. Hopefully something just got lost in the transfer.

I looked at 200 cases before ours and 100 after. Ours is the only RFE in the bunch. 3 approvals. The rest still say transferred to new office or received.

You're welcomed. Try not get too upset. I'm coming to realize that there are and could be many reasons for delays, whether we like them or not. I'm actually not trying to compare myself with others, otherwise I think I'd be nervous wreck. :content:

Hopefully with you being transferred to Texas it will go by smoother and fast. I hope that whatever information they are asking for, that it is something simple. Much luck to you.
