Uscis.gov that's the only place you will find the forms needed.

Hi everyone! So glad I came across this post to join all those who are in the same boat as me and my husband. Our i130 petition was received on April 8, 2016 and there has been no update since. Our application is currently at the Nebraska Service Centre. Really hope we, along with all those who are waiting here, hear something sooooon!! Good luck everyone:)

Welcome to the group Anuuu! I think it's safe to say there are quite a few of us Nebraska filers who are still waiting. I've also seen some February and March filers who haven't received their NOA2 yet. I am hoping by the end of August. Sooner would be better of course. :)

I'm an April 22 pd. The waiting is getting so hard. My hubby and I have spent all of 7 days together since our wedding in early April. We skype every day, but it's not the same. Missing him like crazy and wondering how my sanity will hold for another 6 months or more.

Tired of checking the case several times a day and seeing "your case was received". I guess, at this point though, no news is good news. As long as there isn't an RFE we're in good shape.

Hang in there everyone. It's only going to get harder.

Oh, I have seen three April cases get approved over the last few weeks. They happen to be the one before mine and the two after mine is how I saw them. Encouraging and infuriating all at the same time. How can there be January cases still sitting there and April cases being approved. There's no reasoning to it.

Hi everyone:

So I wanted to update the group. My case was just approved by The U.S. Embassy Consulate General for medical expedite and NVC is saying the case will be leaving their building in 48hrs.

I have read that my case appointment can happen in less than 4-5 weeks. God be all the glory!!!
