K1 Visa Questions, OFW addresses, Cherry Blossoms (IMBRA?), Filing Address

Hello all,

I'm working on the K1 visa package for my girlfriend and I. We have questions and I've read through past entries about it but did read varying answers and older information. Because of that I'm going to ask some questions that have possibly been gone over plenty of times here and apologize in advance.

Question #1) My fiancee is a Filipina who works in Saudi Arabia 10 months a year. She's also worked in Libya within five years. We plan on filing this through the US Embassy in Manila and when she gets her interview date she'll leave Saudi and head home. We are using her home address in the Philippines as her official address but will input her past five years of addresses on the G-325A. She also has police records from Libya and will get one while in Saudi from there.

Does anyone else have experience with this situation? Did unforeseen problems arise?

Question #2) We met on Cherry Blossoms which is technically an international marriage broker or at least it can meet that definition depending on how it's interpreted. What'd you supply to get this checked off by immigration?

Question #3) What is the filing address we put on the letters of intent? I was going to use the Drop Box address in Texas but then read a post from someone in Vermont and he was told to use the Vermont address. I live in North Dakota, I think this will be processed in California and I have no idea what address to use.

Thank you so much for any advice!

P.S. - Bonus Question: I want to upload a picture of us for my profile but can only upload photos with a URL. I have our pictures on my PC. Is it possible to upload from the PC?

Ok I figured this out, but unfortunately haven't figured out how to make our photos 100k or smaller. LOL

1) Saudi & Libya are listed as a waiver countries, BUT being your fiancee is currently there she can get the police clearance in person while inSaudi, as for Libya it will be waived.

(from within the link in my signature: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country.html )

2) Cherry Blossom is a dating site not a marriage broker, go to the Cherry Blossom TOS page (Terms of Service) and print it out for your I-129F petition.

3) Address on the LOI is required, you can us the lockbox address in Texas if you feel the need to include an address)

Bonus answer: from your computer right click on the picture you wish to resize, open the edit function, from there choose RESIZE
