Im a noa2 our case was approved march 09,2016 and now it has left the NVC as of April 06,2016

And now I am waiting for the Ghana embassy to receive our case and send me an email or letter with more instructions.but I am unsure how long to wait?. I hear some people wait 4-5 months until they receive any instructions. I have also read that some never receive a notice or anything. And some have emailed or gone to the embassy to get a response and after much hassle they get an interview set up. So my question now is what is my next step? Lol.

Also when was your case approved? Hopefully we can work together to have an idea.

Hey you all; just went through that. The letter should go to the petitioners address in the states then you can scan it over to your boo . If it hasn't come in like two months or more u can email the embassy and if u get lucky and they answer .you can use the email and ur boo take it to the embassy on a Wednesday . More than likely they don't answer , you can take a screen shot of ur ready page on department of state visa status page and your boo take it to the embassy but the last one may or may not work .

Okay thank you so much for your help. Question do you happen to know how the petitioner can schedule and interview to be at the ghana consulate with her fiancé? I have heard that the petitioners should also schedule an interview because now they don't allow them to enter without an interview appointment. Someone advise me to make sure that I (petitioner) schedule that the same day my fiancé has his interview? Is that correct? It's funny how no one tells us this.i read it on the visa forum that they would not allow the fiancé inside the embassy and he was told at the door that he should had scheduled and interview. This worries me because I plan to make a trip to ghana for my fiancé interview and would love to be with him. Even if I don't get interviewed that's okay as long as we are inside together.

Why we're you rescheduled? And was our fiancé able to schedule the interview the day they receive his packet? Sorry I'm a bit confused of what to expect after the Nvc sends my case to the ghana embassy. I was told my fiancé will then be notified to pick up packet 3 and 4 on the same day and then he turns those in and sets an interview date? Or do I have it wrong? Also how long did you have to wait until the ghana embassy notifies you ? I have also read that some people never get notified.

My no1 was November 14, 2015. Then I got a RFE then I turned in the documents needed for the RFE and a on march 9,2016 my case was approved (No2) . It took me a while. After I turned in the RFE things speed up. But from November till January I did not hear anything. Until the RFE towards the end of January
