No vaccinations at medical

My fiancé had his medical exam today and they didn't give him any vaccines. I understand that the vaccines aren't required for entry on a K-1; however, I really wanted him to have at least some of them there because they will be cheaper than in the US. (And, based on advice given in other VJ posts, we already indicated on his DS-160 that he would have the vaccinations at his medical exam.) They told him to come back next week to pick up his results. Does anybody know, can he just ask to be given some of the vaccines at that time? Also, will they give him two sealed packets, one for the interview and one to bring at POE? Or is it just one envelope for the interview?
