Hello My husband has his interview October 8, 2015 in Lagos Nigeria.He said the interviewer ask him 1 question and sent the case back to the NVC.It's been 6 months we still haven't heard anything we have been calling them and not getting the results

,we are looking for.How long does the case stay in AP and should we hire a lawyer.

Also I recommend that you know and research the law in re to AP... read and understand the FAM ( Foreign Affair Manuel)

The Consulars are just doing their jobs so don't take it personal...we are going through the same thing but we know in the end it will work out for good
