Why ask for suggestions only to mock them. ??? You and ebunoluwa should just pm and ignore the people on here who are just trying to help and understand your story.

You have a few options

1 re apply as his wife after you marry him

2 try and get a second interview

3 drop the case all together

What ever you may choose to do dont take your stress out on people on here even suggesting they are not educated.

Why are you calling me out ?

You have your own issues to sort out and have not tasted refusal. Yet.

If someone would have responded to your thread in such a manner you wouldn't have liked it either.

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Where do you pull 10% from ?

If what laid before the CO met the criteria then it should be approved. I can't repeat over and over again that a CO is not to re adjudicate an

approved petition and if he refuses then he is to state the factual reasons.

What was laid before the CO.

Let me lay the criteria out for everyone... we had over 200 pics of him and I, along with pics of us with friends and his family on holidays all sorted by each visit with a caption at the bottom front of each picture with a date. 5 albums total. Over 100 pages of Facebook messages,Skype call logs, and about 50 pages of whatsapp messages. Screenhots of videochats. We had birthday cards and letters from each other etc. I had 2 years worth of At&t call logs over a 1,000 pages highlighted all calls and text between me and my fiancé only. And to boot I been to Ghana every year for the past 3 years. Maximum stay on each visit, .. I mean what more could I have submitted that wasn't there already?

We prepared everything together except some printing of the pictures and some of the copies of the Skype logs, he did those. But only because I've been here since the beginning of March, I didn't know it was wrong to help. The Co knew I was here with him..

Well Thank you all for your advice, I do greatly appreciate it. Sorry things got a lil heated. But frustration and pressure will bust a pipe. Ghana is what it is. I've emailed the senator and governor of my state and hope to hear from them soon. If not, then I have it lined out to marry next week, pushing it up from 21 days because I only have 19 left in the country. Again I thank you all. I'll post again with the next action that takes place...

Actually i was denied in the past having had a baby with the person i was placed on review and during the DNA they requested which cost me $800 the person got another woman pregnant so i had to cancel and re start my life as a single mom. I would like to thank that CO she saved me from myself.
