Wrong email on G-1145

Hi everyone

We received out tracking number & NOA1 via text message a few days ago.

I however, found it strange that we got no email. Upon further inspection of my copy of the package (thank god I followed that advice) I realize the the underscore ( _ ) character, looks like a regular dash (-) . I'm more concerned about someone else receiving these emails as opposed to not receiving them since I already have the tracking number.

How can we get USCIS to amend this? I'm pretty sure calling the hotline would be futile. Would an email to customer service work since its not a rush priority matter?

The only e-mail that is sent to the e-mail on the G1145 is the NOA1 (which is already sent). So, too late to rectify that.

Make sure the e-mail on your I129F is written correct, as they may use that one to contact you once your application processing is underway.

Nope, works for the I-129 up to the NOA-2 and the package being shipped from the service center.
