I do and that's why I said help me out. Per the report it appears the police are actively seeking minority people so it isn't by chance of encounters by police.

But there are some, not you, who think because their is a criminal element within a race the whole demograph is fair game.

Yes, race plays a part in the number of unfair encounters with police (like with stop and frisk)

All police departments need to answer to a separate agency probably from the federal government that is tasked to do nothing but investigate poor police behavior. They cannot police themselves, this is proven.

But since blacks are also more likely to kill each other and commit acts of violence based on their percentage of the population (FBI data, don't cry about it or make excuses), what is the proper statistic of police violence after adjusting for this? I am sure cops are acting unfairly but this stat certainly doesn't even begin to give enough info to know by what degree.

OW, I'm sure you've heard about crimes against immigrants crossing the border, or the police officer who held migrant women at his house, raped them consistently and held one lady and her little girl, raped them both. He was only doing it to illegal women and immigrants because he knew they were scared to tell.

MCALLEN, Texas — Attorney’s representing a Honduran woman, her daughter and another underage girl are suing the U.S. government after a U.S. Border Patrol Agent raped them, tortured them and then left them for dead. Rather than be captured, the agent ended up killing himself.

This reporter broke the story of the brutal actions and eventual suicide by the agent in March 2014 while working for another news outlet. Since that time, this reporter found out that the agent had kept duct tape, zip ties and other suspicious items in his patrol vehicle pointing to a sense of pre-meditation and likelihood that the agent may have tried this before.

The victims who are only identified as MDCG, NLMC (15-years-old) and JMAE (14-years-old) in the lawsuit are seeking more than $1million each in damages. The victims are currently living legally in Virginia after having been granted legal status.
